Below is the link to the emails from Bob Meadows, Ronald O’Leary and Myself raising concerns in January 2022 as documents and drawings that were required to be part of the Subdivision Agreement Schedule B that was approved by Council on November 9, 2021 were still not available in January 2022. So, how did the 4 councillors Scott Anderson, Deborah Hall aka Deborah Hall Chancey, Annette Bays and Jonathan Pita approve the subdivision agreement without the drawings and documents. Below is Schedule B of the subdivision agreement (marked in red) a NOTE that states all the drawings, plans and reports referred to and filed at the offices of the Municipality forms part of the Agreement to which it is appended. Yet none of the documents, plans and reports were available or filed with the municipality and Chris Robinson confirms this in his email below that even after January 27, 2022 the drawings etc were not finalized but still approved on November 9, 2021 by Scott Anderson, Deborah Hall Chancey aka Deborah Hall, Annette Bays and Jonathan Pita. Please note that all blacked out areas in all emails on this website are blacked out by the Township under the Freedom of Information Act. Please also note that emails in the green link below were sent to all on council, so all on council were aware of the lack of documents that was supposed to be attached to the subdivision agreement that the 4 councillors approved.
