Please click on the link below to read all the emails showing how the engineers were appointed without the permission from the Drainage Tribunal. The engineers informed me that they got permission from the Ministry to deviate from the Drainage Act. However, the ministry confirmed no such permission was given. Then finally on January 7, 2022 the township admitted that permission was not obtained and cancelled the appointment in March 2022 until permission was obtained as the council was caught giving approvals contrary to the laws. Then after council admitted that they broke the law by accepting the staff report in March 2022 that the Drainage Act was not followed, the same 4 councillors then censured me for providing lies and misinformation to residents to cover up their illegal acts contrary to the provincial laws. The sequence of events that led up to the 4 councillors (Annette Bays, Deborah Hall Chancey aka Deborah Hall, Jonathan Pita and Scott Anderson) censuring me after they were caught giving approvals contrary to the laws is discussed in the link “Audio recordings of Annette Bays behaviour”.
In the below link to the emails, at the top of each email I have an arrow marked that explained the email to the councillors. So, all on council were fully aware that their actions were contrary to the laws.
I sent the below email to all on council and the CAO after I informed the CAO Rhonda Bunn that the Tribunal informed me that they did not give the engineers permission to deviate from the act and the engineers were appointed without permission from the Tribunal. Employee Kevin was terminated soon after he informed me about concerns with the process of the municipal drain not being followed and concerns with spending in public works. This again shows how any employee who speaks up about financial problems is terminated and any member of council who speaks up is censured or put under investigation for harassment or code of conduct violations.
