Below is the cease and desist letter that I received from BLG after Ward 1 councillor Anub Simson went to the township to complaint about my website and my face book page. What is Councillor Anub Simson trying to hide from the residents of Everett, Colgan and the township. My website is all about the township financial mismanagement, policies, procedures and bylaws not being followed and council changing legally binding land tribunal draft plan conditions. If the past and current council has not done anything contrary to the laws they should not be afraid of what I put on my website. This is only going to open more investigations into staff and council as we will get to the bottom of where all the money is gone and who was responsible for all this financial mismanagement.
