Seems like there is a problem with the water in the municipal office that changes people when they get on council and they forget that it is the tax payers that pay their salaries. They forget their election promises of Honesty and accountability in their platforms.
Councillor Anub Simson the councillor for ward 1 Adjala, is also part of Colgan. While I did not know Anub Simson before the election his parents who are extremely nice people contacted me for some matter.
When Anub Simson ran for Ward 1 councillor I was happy to see some new blood as his platform talked about accountability and honesty which is definitely lacking in our township council.
Councillor Anub Simson was the only person besides me to know my website address www.adjtos.com so he is the only one who could have gone to the township to complaint about my website. I only gave him my website as some resident told me to be careful of him as when he speaks to residents he tells them everything is off the record so dont say anything. I guess the residents were right as he could be the one that went in to complaint to the township about my website while at the same time he calls me to complaint about the council and staff.
Well, Councillor Anub Simson you should know when you put your legs in two different boats you always fall in the water. Stop playing politics as what you are doing is hurting people and families many of whom are struggling to pay bills. Residents trust you when they come to you for help and they elected you to stand up for them and not to do things behind their backs.
I honestly do not care if you go to the township and complaint or go anywhere and complaint. Neither you nor the lawyers from the township will shut my website down, I am legally protected under SLAPP law and I am legally allowed to post whatever I want as I get all my documents legally. The best that the township can do is ask me to take out the illegal in-camera meeting recordings. This also is questionable as the provincial ombudsman has already ruled the meetings were illegal without agendas and no vote to go in camera. After all the complaining you did what did you achieve, NOTHING. My website will still be up and running and it will only bring on more investigations on the township, township council and its financials. All these investigations will be posted as they get completed, if the law was followed you all have nothing to worry about.
Remember no matter what you do and where you go to complain my hands are clean so I am not afraid to speak. What about you?
The reason I am doing this is because of the financial irregularities that keep happening in the township and the back door deals. This is why I have so much respect for Bob Meadows as he is just like me, he speaks up for the residents who elected him and does not do things behind their backs.
Think about the residents in Colgan and also around the township who are struggling to pay bills. What have you done to return the money for wastewater haulage to the people of Colgan, NOTHING. What did you do about the accounts, NOTHING. All this money is not accounted for and the budgets are still being approved. You guys screwed the residents of Everett after screwing Colgan fully aware that a new master servicing plan is required.
Stop making promises to the residents of Colgan that you cannot keep as when they come to me I tell them the truth that you guys are doing nothing to help them and you and I know that.
