Below are four audio recordings of council meetings for the proposed development in Everett. The below audio recordings truly show that Mayor Scott Anderson gives the middle finger for concerns with Colgan, Everett and the township.
In the below recording Mayor Scott Anderson tells Bob Meadows to leave the previous meeting when wastewater was being discussed and Bob Meadows was speaking up for the residents concerns. Scott Anderson was upset Bob Meadows questioned his authority after Bob Meadows caught Scott Anderson breaking the procedure bylaw rules by telling Deputy Mayor Julius Lachs to call a recorded vote after the matter was voted on. Does Deputy Mayor Julius Lachs still not know when to call for a recorded vote or is Deputy Mayor Julius Lachs not capable of making decisions on his own and does what the Mayor tells him to do? To cover up his actions Mayor Scott Anderson then tried to put his own interpretation of the events in the minutes. However, in a recorded vote, Deputy Mayor Julius Lachs follows Mayor Scott Anderson and both of them vote in favour of changing the minutes to accommodate Scott Anderson interpretation. Councillor Miklos Borsos, Adam Cox and Ronald O’Leary abstain from voting (which is by law a negative vote, voting against Scott Anderson’s interpretation), councillor’s Bob Meadows and Anub Simson vote against the Scott Anderson’s interpretation. So the motion is defeated as 5 members did not agree with Scott Anderson’s interpretation of the events. I guess Mayor Scott Anderson keeps getting caught in his web of “Lies and misinformation”. Will Mayor Scott Anderson now try to Censure Bob Meadows or will they put false allegations of harassment against Bob Meadows to shut him up just as Annette Bays put false allegations of harassment against Bob Meadows and me to shut us up about Colgan.
Past councillor Annette Bays has stated on Facebook that Scott Anderson’s justification for the 35 million was to address “Environmental concerns as the Everett (new horizon) leaching bed was giving problems and failing”. I corrected Annette Bays that it is the plant that is failing and not the leaching bed. In the below audio recording the township engineer confirms that the leaching bed is not the problem it is the actual plant itself is the trouble. This shows how much of what Annette Bays posts on facebook can be trusted.
This audio recordings below show the township engineer telling Bob Meadows at the end of the recording that it is the council that has to ask for a new Master servicing plan for Everett. So, again it is always Bob Meadows who speaks up for the residents while our Mayor Scott Anderson was ready to sign a subdivision agreement for Everett and until today refuses to ask for a new Master Servicing plan although the Everett Master Servicing plan was done in 2013 and is over 10 years. As per the provincial act a new master servicing plan is required after 10 years. This has been confirmed by the township staff and consultants.
The below audio recording shows Mayor Scott Anderson refuses to allow Councillors to ask questions on Everett. Again, Bob Meadows asks the clerk for the rules and what authority Mayor Scott Anderson has to stop council from asking questions. After a long pause the clerk informed council that they can vote to override Scott Anderson decision to deprive council of asking questions on Everett. Council voted down Mayor Scott Anderson decision to deprive council the ability to ask questions, and council continued with their questions.
