Bob Meadows and myself have raised concerns numerous times with the 2.67 persons per unit number that was used for calculations of the water and wastewater in colgan and also for Everett. All along both Bob Meadows and I were told by staff that 2.67 is the right number and we were told by council that we were providing misinformation. Below is the person per unit count as per the watson report in 2016. It shows the average number of persons per unit at 2.95 and for a 3-4 bedroom home the count was 3.039 persons per unit. This shows who was providing “Lies and misinformation “. Could the four past councillors Annette Bays, Scott Anderson, Deborah Hall Chancey aka Deborah Hall and Jonathan Pita let the residents know why they approved the development with 2.67 persons per unit.
